I understand that a 20% non-refundable retainer based on my request's estimated market price is required to initiate the sourcing process. This retainer is applied toward the final purchase price. If the requested timepiece cannot be sourced, the retainer is refunded in full. Submitting a sourcing request does not guarantee availability or commit The Art of Time to fulfill the request.

After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with your request's estimated market price, retainer amount, and a sourcing agreement for review and signature. Once the signed agreement and retainer are received, your request enters the sourcing pipeline.
